Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Checklists

By downloading and using the SANS 10049:2019 and/or FSSC 22000 Internal Audit Checklists (“Checklists”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Confidentiality: The Checklists are proprietary materials owned by Nui Solutions. You agree not to share, distribute, reproduce, or disclose the Checklists, in whole or in part, to any third party without prior written consent from Nui Solutions.
2. Purpose: The Checklists are provided solely for your internal use to assess food safety compliance within your organization. They may not be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to resale, publication, or incorporation into other materials.
3. No Modification: You agree not to modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the Checklists without explicit permission from Nui Solutions.
4. Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Checklists remain with Nui Solutions. Downloading the Checklists does not transfer any ownership or rights to you beyond the limited use described herein.
5. Liability: The Checklists are provided as a general guide for self-assessment. Nui Solutions is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from their use. For comprehensive food safety compliance, contact Nui Solutions for professional assistance.
6. Term: This NDA remains in effect indefinitely unless terminated by written agreement or replaced by a subsequent agreement.
